How do I know if I'm using FreePPP or PPP?

If FreePPP is installed properly, there will be a picture of a little telephone in the far upper-right of the screen. To change settings you'll need to open FreePPP Setup. Generally, FreePPP Setup can be found in the pulldown menu (the blue telephone), but sometimes it's not there. It may be on your hard drive in a Provide.Net Install folder or in a FreePPP Folder.

Once open, the FreePPP Setup screen looks like this:



If you aren't using FreePPP, you'll be using PPP/Remote Access, which can be found in your Apple Menu under Control Panels.
